Why PEP Weekly?

Life can feel like a struggle as you face the challenges of balancing your personal and professional life.

Lack of confidence, feeling anxious or fed up makes everything feel so much worse.

It can impact hugely on the quality of your day to day life seeping into every situation – it can so easily lead to a sense of unhappiness, stress and overwhelm.

It can feel very distressing and lonely when things feel really challenging but there are lots of things you can do to help yourself get things back on an even basis.

The Personal Empowerment Plan (PEP) has been designed to offer simple, safe strategies which have been proven to help me and hundreds of other clients deal with stress effectively.

Every one of the suggestions has been tried and tested by many and proven to work effectively.

Of course, everyone is different so the programme has been designed with that in mind.

Over the 6 month programme you can try things out and find the approaches which suit you best. Of course, they can only help if you give them a go. The more you engage with the principles, strategies and activities the better they are likely to work.

Every one of them has been used by myself and with hundreds of clients.

You will find that some strategies work better than others for you (that's why I've included such a variety) but it is important that you give things a really good go.
