Create a Life You Love - 12 Evenings

This 12 week course specifically designed to help you take control, address your issues and enable you to live life to the full.

If you want to create a more satisfying and balanced life the course offers a unique opportunity for you to look at the underlying causes and effects of working too hard in demanding situations. It will provide you with strategies to change patterns of behaviour and give you confidence to enjoy life outside work.

The question is how best to change attitudes and underlying behaviours which contribute to people working long hours, being stressed, having difficulty with relationships, eating and drinking too much.

Our training is designed to help you:

  • Enhance your professional and personal life
  • Audit your current work life balance
  • Consider why you have developed your particular work habits and your response to stress
  • Identify any underlying patterns of behavior or limiting beliefs and to deal with them
  • To set clear achievable goals for a truly balanced life
  • To make effective decisions about how you want to live your life – now and in the future
  • It offers a unique opportunity for you to look at the underlying causes and effects of working too hard in demanding situations
  • It will provide you with strategies to change old patterns of behaviour
  • It will also give you confidence to enjoy life outside work

The course is designed to be flexible so we can build in elements to suite the needs of each group.
